Baseball Deal Club is a baseball-deal discovery site for players and families. Deal-alert accounts and communications are intended to be managed by adults, parents, or guardians.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect an email address when an adult joins the deal list. A mobile number is optional and is stored only when the separate text-message agreement is selected. We also keep the date, source page, consent-copy version, and channel connected to a signup so we can honor communication choices. Standard hosting logs and campaign tags may record limited device, browser, referral, and site-usage information.
HOW WE USE IT
We use this information to send requested baseball deal alerts, operate and secure the site, measure which pages help families, prevent abuse, respond to privacy requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not rent subscriber lists.
EMAIL, TEXTS, AND CHOICES
Email and text permission are separate. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe method. Once text alerts begin, subscribers can reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. See the SMS Terms for program details.
AFFILIATE LINKS AND MERCHANTS
When you follow a deal link, the merchant or affiliate platform may use cookies or similar tools to attribute the visit or purchase. Their privacy policies govern what happens on their websites. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, or other adult must complete the deal-alert signup. If you believe a child submitted personal information, use the request form below so we can review and delete it.
RETENTION AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
We retain subscription and consent records while a person is subscribed and as reasonably necessary to document permissions and opt-outs. We may use hosting, database, analytics, email, SMS, and security providers to operate the service. They may process information only for the services they provide to us.
